Refunds and cancellation

Film credits are sold per film, and every sale is final.

No refunds

Film credits are a low-priced, per-film digital service, and your first film is free so you can try the bot before paying. For that reason all purchases of film credits are final and are not refunded — whether the credits are used or not, and whatever the outcome of a watch (for example, if no tickets or seats became available).

Credits do not expire, so credits you have not used stay in your account for a later film.

Cancellation

A purchase cannot be cancelled once the payment succeeds, because the credits are delivered to your account straight away. You can stop any watch at any time with the bot's Stop buttons or /watching; stopping a watch does not return its credit, and adding the same film again later is free.

Payment problems

These are not refunds of a purchase, and we will always put them right:

• Money taken, no credits: if your payment succeeded but credits did not arrive within an hour, email us your account code and the Razorpay payment ID. We add the credits, or, if we cannot match the payment to an account, return the payment.
• Charged twice for one purchase: the duplicate payment is returned.
• Failed payment, money deducted: this is held by your bank or Razorpay, not by us, and is normally returned to you automatically within 5–7 working days.

Any money returned goes back to the original payment method, normally within 5–7 working days of our confirming it.
