Your Telegram chat ID — the number Telegram uses for your chat with the bot, so alerts
reach you. Not your phone number, and not your name.
Your account — your account code, film credits left, whether your free film is used,
and which films (and cities) you have added.
Your watches — the films, cities, theatres, languages, formats and shows you picked,
your settings such as how many seats together, and what the last checks found.
Your payments — for each pack you buy: the Razorpay payment ID, the amount, how many
credits it added, and when.
Server logs — short technical lines (for example "seat check failed") which may
include your chat ID, kept for troubleshooting.
The bot reads only the messages you send to it, in your private chat with it.
Payments
Payments are made on a Razorpay payment page, not in the bot. Razorpay handles your card, UPI or
bank details under its own privacy policy; we never see them. From each payment we read only the
amount, its status, its payment ID and the account code you typed, to add your credits. Razorpay
also shows us the email and phone number you enter on its page, as part of our merchant account;
the bot does not copy them.
Who else is involved
Telegram carries the messages between you and the bot.
District is asked about the films and shows you watch. These requests carry nothing
about you — no account, no chat ID — and are the same for everyone watching that film.
Razorpay processes payments, as above.
Oracle Cloud hosts the server the bot runs on.
We do not sell or share your data with anyone else, and there is no advertising, analytics or
tracking.
How long it is kept
A seat watch is deleted a few hours after its show starts; a booking-opens watch after its
film is out. Stopping a watch deletes it at once.
Your account and payment records are kept while you use the bot, and payment records for as
long as Indian tax law requires.
Deleting your data
Email gosulayaswanth2@gmail.com from anywhere with
your account code and we will delete your account and watches within 7 days, keeping only the
payment records the law requires. Unused credits are lost when an account is deleted.
